Returns & Exchanges

At Routines, we want you to love your skincare journey, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns on products that don't meet your expectations. Items must be in their original packaging and at least 50% full to be eligible for a refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization form to include inside your package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in their original box if possible, attach the prepaid label to the exterior, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the returned products, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
